Q: How do you replace an old filter in the katadyn guide water filter?

A: This is for the 3 filter model I believe - 2 charcoal and one reverse osmosis membrane in the middle.

A: Not sure about the charcoal filter, but you have a pre and post filter and a RO membrane in the middle. I usually buy them in sets and change all at the same time.
