Everpure's OW2-Plus Replacement Cartridge reduces chlorine taste and odor and other offensive contaminants, such as lead, cysts, scale, total dissolved solids and trihalomethanes. It provides delicious, healthy drinking water to bottle-less coolers, drinking fountains and other office water applications. This cartridge is the replacement cartridge for the QL2-OW2 Drinking Water System, also known as part no. EV9275-70.
Because the OW2-Plus features a precoat submicron technology that filters out particles as small as 0.5 microns, it also reduces asbestos fibers and cryptosporidium and giardia cysts. The OW2 also features a KDF media specifically designed to inhibit limescale build-up.
