Q My last r/o membrane only lasted 3 months. Was wondering why? I only use 1-3 gallons per day

A It must be kept moist at all times after initial wetting. With its polyamide thin-film composite membrane type, it ensures a trouble-free performance. Also, if you have not been changing the other filters on time, it WILL cause a membrane to foul out.
