PAE Machinery Industrial CO., LDT is one of the largest pressure tank manufactures in the world today. PAE pressure tanks use a butyl diaphragm and polypropylene liner to separate the water and air. These materials limit the growth of germs and prevent impurities inside the tank. These tanks are NSF approved under standard 58, and CE approved under the PED (pressure equipment directive), because of these approvals these tanks carry the appropriate markings and can be used everywhere in the world.

Lead leaching to drinking water can cause of health risks, brass and copper are banned for use in purified/drinking water. All PAE expansion tanks use stainless steel connections to avoid the lead leaching concerns. To avoid bad odors from diaphragm, all of the diaphragms are post-cured before assembly, to eliminate the possibility of odors from the tank.
