Shipping Policy



Domestic Shipping


Flat Rate $5.00 Shipping - Per Order (any quantity) - Only available for the 48 Contiguous United States .

FREE Shipping over $99 - Per Order (any quantity) - Only available in the 48 Contiguous United States.

Customers in Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Alaska & Hawaii will be assessed accurate shipping charges at the time of order via the United States Postal Service.

** Flat Rate and/or Free Shipping Promotions do not extend to items where additional shipping is posted, such as Oasis Water Coolers.  **
 

International Shipping


International Customers - Flat Rate & Free Shipping Promotions Exclude International Orders. International orders will be calculated for & shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail International.

  • You may enter your international shipping details during checkout & the shipping fee will be calculated automatically.
  • International Shipping Time varies by destination country.
  • International Shipments may arrive between 4 - 30 days after order is processed.
  • Once an international package has left our facilities we cannot control it's delivery time when passing through customs checkpoints.
  • The shipping price does not include customs fees which would be due when you receive the order. (We do not have access to these costs, so if you need them, you'll have to contact your local customs office.)
 
Please note: We must list actual cost on customs forms, because we are legally responsible for any mislabeled packages. We cannot label packages as "Gift", "Sample", or anything but "Other". We also will not change the customs value on any label to anything but what the actual price is.
 

Shipping Methods


FedEx Ground & USPS Priority Mail


  • Orders over $100 will be shipped FedEx insured or USPS Priority insured at no additional cost.
  • Orders Placed before 1 pm CST will be shipped same day Monday - Friday. Unless otherwise noted on a product's detail page under 'Availability'
  • Air Filter Orders Ship from a Separate Warehouse; Estimated Handling Time is 4-10 Business Days on Air Filters ONLY.

Tracking Numbers


The tracking numbers you receive in your shipping confirmation emails may not function for up to 24 hours. The information must register in the FedEx or USPS system before they will become active & searchable.

Shipping & Address Errors


  • WaterFiltersFast.com is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses, undeliverable packages, unrecoverable packages, 3rd delivery attempts, or other customer created errors.
  • WaterFiltersFast.com may assess additional shipping and handling charges for reshipped packages due to inaccurate consumer provided delivery information.
