  • Installation hardware and wrench
  • You should change the filters in the RO2000 every six months. The membrane should be changed one or two years, depending on your water quality.

Question & Answers

Q is the Omni filter faucet needed if you only need the water for a refrigerator?
A No, you do not have to use it. You could turn off the water to the faucet or close it off.
Q do you sell the membrane , for this system , it said to change every 2 years , if not what would you recommend to do ?
A We do not have the membrane ( part number OM1 ) by OmniFilter. However, we do have a compatible one: GE 1220189 TFM 24 GPD Desal Standard Residential Membrane http://www.waterfiltersfast.com/GE-1220189-TFM-24-GPD-Desal-Standard-Residential-Membrane_p_2769.html
Q After changing all the filters, membrane, and capillary tube, I don't hear it gurgle back and forth like it used to do. Also, I have full water volume at the faucet when I close the expansion tank valve. I believe it is not doing what it is should be doing. Were did I go wrong? Please help! Thanks , Tom Ramus
A If you just changed the filters, You will need to purge the membrane again. Also, you may need to check the pressure in the tank.
Q How do I remove the containers to change out the filters? I do not have the wrench, is the needed?
A A wrench is needed to change out the filters on this system. You will need the OW1 OmniFilter Filter Wrench. http://www.waterfiltersfast.com/OW1-OmniFilter-Filter-Wrench_p_94.html
Q Do we need to replace the online carbon post filter with the Omnifilter RO2000 B series? If so, where can we order it and what is the product code? Thanks!
A We are not sure exactly what you are asking for. Are you asking about where to find the system or where to get filters? Do you need to know how often to change the filters and membranes?
Q Do you carry the filters?
A No we do not. We stocked them in previous years but our supplier for them quit stocking them and we have been unable to find a new supplier to get them from.
Q where is pressure relief valve?
A The Air Valve is on the low side of the tank.
Q How much is RO2000 faucet only?
A We are currently Out of Stock on the system and don't know when we will get more in. Also, the faucet is not sold separately.
Q Why did you choose this?
