Q I BOUGHT THE IDYLIS HUMIDIFER FILTER A35-1D. ONE END IS MARKED WITH BLACK MARKER AND THE OTHER ONE RED. WHICH END IS THE TOP???
A This filter is used in many different humidifier models and it can be placed with either side up. However, most of the models install the filter vertically which would put the Red Mark on the narrow side up at the top.
