The GXRTQ GE SmartWater Exterior Refrigerator/Icemaker Inline Filter System fits to any 1/4 inch plastic or copper water line. It includes everything one need with no tools or special fittings requirements. With its long filter life, it makes a valuable addition to the water filter system.

Q how long will it take to get this in stock?

A GE has become proprietary and from what we understand they will only be selling their products on Amazon.

Q does this unit come with the quick release flanges?

A This filter system has been discontinued by GE and replaced with GXRTDR. The replacement does not come with the quick connect connections but can be found at your local Home Depot or Lowes.
