The GE GXRTDR Exterior Refrigerator / Icemaker Inline Water Filter System reduces rust, sediment and the taste and odor of Chlorine to deliver clean, delicious water to your refrigerator and icemaker. This GE inline refrigerator filter features quick connect fittings to install easily behind your refrigerator, with no special tools required. 

The GXRTDR water filter uses no fittings to install, the water line pushes in each side and provides a water tight seal.

This inline water filter has been tested and certified to NSF / ANSI Standard 42 for the reduction of Chlorine and Class V Particulates.

The GE GXRTDR inline water filter may also be used as a replacement water filter for the GE GXRTQ Water Filter System and its replacement water filter, the GXRTQR. The GXRTDR water filter uses no fittings to install, the water line pushes in each side and provides a water tight seal. You will not use the fittings that you originally used with the GXRTQR this filter does not have any fittings. Easy for the do it yourself minded person.
